For our client we are searching for a Programme Manager. Must be residing in UK and have the right to work in UK.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to provide programme management to strategically important programmes.

You will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programmes.

You will be responsible for engaging with all stake holders to plan and deliver programmes according to the agreed parameters.

As a senior member of the project management team, you will promote, enable and lead a modern, agile approach to project and programme management across the entire organisation.

Must have:

Extensive experience working in either the Telecoms or Information technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Applying appropriate programme management techniques
• Managing the programme by providing strong leadership.
• Deliver on agreed scope, time, quality and budget constraints
• Working closely with a variety of stakeholders at every level, both internally and externally
• Implementing governance to ensure alignment and maintain stakeholder confidence

Key Skills and Experience:

• Delivering complex technology-enabled business change programme
• Hands-on project management skills
• Deep knowledge and experience of agile project methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Competence to tailor the approach to align with governance and transition requirements
• Ability to engage constructively and negotiate with other project stakeholders to support delivery and achieve successful change
• Strengths in driving successful delivery based on excellent relationships as well as in-depth knowledge of the programme
• Capability to lead the programmes to complete delivery
• Support associated business changes for the HE sector
• Engaging teams from different areas to deliver successfully.
• Alignment between concurrent activity across multiple streams.
